Oud Amal Intense is the first fragrance of M’OUD. Saffron and nutmeg open it, frankincense, leather and sandalwood form its heart, and natural oud from Thailand rests at the base with amber, vanilla, musk and patchouli.

Composed by Maya Wally at 35% and matured for six months in Switzerland before filtration and filling. 18–24 hours on the skin.

An edition of 1,000 numbered flacons. Each 100 ml flacon carries its own number. For every 100 ml flacon sold, M’OUD plants a tree.

Yes. Natural oud from Trat in southeastern Thailand is part of the composition itself — not simply the name or impression of an oud accord.

Oud Amal is made at 35% fragrance concentration, the highest M’OUD produces. Two to three sprays are enough.

At least 18–24 hours on skin, longer on fabric. Skin and application make a difference. As a 35% extrait, Oud Amal unfolds gradually rather than disappearing after its opening.

After composition, each batch matures for six months in Switzerland before filtration and filling.

Oud Amal is a numbered edition limited to 1,000 bottles in total. Each 100 ml flacon carries its own individual number. The edition is produced in small numbered batches; approximately 120 bottles have been produced to date.

Yes. Oud is traditionally worn by all genders, and an oud, frankincense and saffron composition is gender-neutral by design.

The Composition

Amal is Arabic for hope (أمل). In 2014, Maya Wally encountered oud in Dubai as something lived with — not simply another perfume note. That experience became the starting point for a fragrance of her own. Years of sourcing, development and refinement followed; the result became Oud Amal, the first M’OUD composition.
