Below the threshold, M'OUD covers half of the shipping cost, within the European Union and to the rest of the world. The effective shipping cost is shown in the checkout before payment.

Exception: during the current pre-order campaign, the Discovery Set also ships free of charge within the United Arab Emirates.

Switzerland	3–5 business days
European Union	4–7 business days
Rest of the world	5–10 business days

Delivery times apply to in-stock items. Pre-order items ship on the date shown on the product page. All orders are shipped with DHL, insured and with tracking — you receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the atelier.

Customs & duties

Shipments are declared with Swiss-Made certification. For deliveries outside Switzerland, any import duties, taxes or fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Returns

14 days

You may return products within 14 days of receipt. This period applies to all markets. The product must be unopened with the seal intact, unused, undamaged and in its complete original packaging. A proof of purchase is required.

How to return

1. Write to info@moud.swiss with your order number.
2. You receive the return instructions within 2 business days. Please do not send anything back before you have them — unannounced returns cannot be accepted.
3. Return address: M'OUD Switzerland GmbH, Bramenring 19, 8302 Kloten, Switzerland.
4. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method; your bank may add 3–5 days.

Not returnable

• Opened or used perfumes (hygiene products)
• Personalised items
• Gift cards and Discovery vouchers

This is why the Discovery Set exists: three extraits of 2 ml each, a week on your skin, and the amount is credited toward your first full bottle.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. If the return is due to a defect on our side or a wrong item, we cover them in full.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order on receipt and report defects, transport damage or wrong items within 7 days to info@moud.swiss — with photos, so we can resolve it right away.

Please note: the scent, character or personal preference of a fragrance does not constitute a defect.
