We have not appointed a data protection officer. Swiss law does not require one in our case, and the GDPR criteria in Article 37(1) are not met — we neither carry out large-scale systematic monitoring nor process special categories of data on a large scale.

We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it on for third-party advertising. The following service providers process data on our behalf or receive it in order to perform the contract.

4. Base légale

Some of the providers listed above process data in Canada and the United States. Transfers to Canada rely on the European Commission adequacy decision; transfers to the United States rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, and on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses together with supplementary technical measures in all other cases. For transfers out of Switzerland the corresponding decisions of the Swiss Federal Council and the Swiss addendum to the Standard Contractual Clauses apply. You may request a copy of the safeguards in place at any time.

Strictly necessary cookies keep the basket, the session, the chosen language and the chosen currency working. They are set without consent because the site cannot function without them.

Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you have agreed to them in the banner. You may change or withdraw that decision at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent.

You may exercise the following rights at any time, free of charge, by writing to privacy@moud.swiss. We answer within thirty days. We may ask you to identify yourself where we cannot otherwise establish who is asking.

• Access — confirmation of whether we process data about you, and a copy of it
• Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure, where no retention obligation stands against it
• Restriction of processing while a dispute over accuracy or lawfulness is being resolved
• Data portability — the data you provided to us, in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and at any time to direct marketing
• Withdrawal of consent, with effect for the future

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern. In the European Economic Area it is the authority of the country where you live or work.

7. Vos droits

We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal effects for you, and we do not carry out profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

Our products are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under sixteen. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please write to us and we will delete it.

8. Conservation des données

The site is served over TLS. Payment data never reaches our systems — it is entered directly with the payment provider. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it in order to fulfil an order, and is protected by two-factor authentication.

9. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our processing changes. The version date at the top always shows the current state. Where a change materially affects you, we will say so before it takes effect.
